Chef Connie Maxwell is the chef for Iowa State University’s Lambda Chi Alpha and Sigma Pi fraternities.  She started using Central Iowa Organic Fertilizer Worm Castings to grow affordable organic produce for her culinary creations at the fraternities in 2015.  These are pictures of the Rainbow and Swiss Chard she grew using our worm castings in raised beds located in the fraternity parking lot!
